The Legislative Guideline is a comprehensive index of building industy issues cross referenced with specific sections of relevant standards, Acts and legislation where members can find meanings and definitions. For example reference to 'calcuable days' can be found in the Domestic Building Construction Act 33 (1-4). The Guideline lists over 400 different issues.

This document is a comprehensive checklist to assist members to ensure each step in the building process has been completed.

The Checklist is intended for use by those supervisors involved in the day-to-day site administration of a residential or commercial contract. It can be used for administrating new or renovation work.

In the event of dispute Master Builders has a trust account in which monies in dispute can be deposited until the matter has been resolved to the satisfaction of both parties.
